About this accommodation

Riad renovated in 2023, just a few minutes’ walk from the famous Jemaa El Fna square, lively entertainment, eateries, and souks. Nestled in a quiet side alley, the Riad enjoys a prime location close to all points of interest.

The Riad accommodates up to 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It also offers a lounge, patio, plunge pool, and rooftop terrace.

Rented exclusively, the price includes breakfast, housekeeping, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, linens... Majda is present during the day to assist you.

The accommodation​

​

Close to the souks and Jemaa El Fna square, located in a beautiful area of the Medina near Dar El Bacha and several museums, the Riad was fully renovated in 2023.

​

It features a patio with a heated plunge pool (depending on the season), a lounge with TV and international channels, and a double bedroom with private bathroom (shower and toilet).

​

On the first floor, there's a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet), accessible from the patio. Additionally, from a gallery, you’ll access a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet), and a twin room with two single beds and en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).

​

A beautiful terrace awaits you on the second floor, partially shaded by a pergola. It includes a summer kitchen, dining area, and outdoor lounge. A solarium equipped with an outdoor shower is also available for your comfort.

Each morning, Majda will prepare a traditional Moroccan breakfast, served between 9:00 and 10:30 AM, included in the nightly rate. If you'd like to explore more local specialties, you can pre-order lunch (additional 190 MAD – approx. €19 per person, excluding drinks) or dinner (additional 210 MAD – approx. €21 per person, excluding drinks) the day before.

The nightly rate includes: housekeeping, bed linens and towels, breakfast, and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi access.

Guest access

Rented exclusively, guests have access to the entire Riad.

It is located on a quiet street, within walking distance of everything:

• 5 min from Jemaa El Fna Square

• 5 min from restaurants

• 10 min from the Spice Square

• 10 min from the Secret Garden

Buses and taxis are available from Jemaa El Fna Square.

• Only registered guests at the time of booking are allowed to access the Riad. Parties are strictly prohibited.

• Please maintain good relations with the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM.
